I used to live in Manitou Springs!! :3 It is so pretty up there, I miss the festivals T^T And the Penny Arcade T^T AND THE FRIGGIN CANDY SHOP :D

But I moved away in 2004 or 2005 :o

Mama had a baby and his head popped off.
We did all that we could to try to re-attach it.
I couldn\'t do it.
So I picked it up and threw it off the building.
Just to see if all the children.
Were quick enough to catch it.

<3 I miss that place so much...I lived across the street from Soda Springs Park near Tubby's Turnaround (if that store is still there...:o) Me and my sister used to walk our rabbits down to the park xD (random, I know =p)

FXCK. YEAH. That place was the best!
I moved because my mom wanted to be closer to family...back in Texas T^T

Yes :) I went to the elementary and middle school, sadly I only lived up there for about 2 or 3 years though :/ It was really enjoyable up there...always played in the river, went fishing, sledding, walked down the river, played on that theater stage, climbing the huge rocks, etc...

GAHHH I didnt know you were a ginga person too! I have never met a Manitou/Ginga person besides myself. This is miraculous!

Yeahh Tubby's is still the same, they did some SERIOUS remodeling to soda springs though, theres a huge plastic playground there and a huuuge roundabout in front of the Mate' Factor. Oh and now theres a huge unnecessary crowd of bums all over the park who make it all dirty, not like the awesome local hippies who all work at Adam's Mountain but literal hobos that wont leave its kind of depressing.

Well I never thought that I'd ever meet another Manitou person around my age! I've lost all contact with everyone I used to know...I don't even remember any names T^T But I'm so glad I got to meet you! :D

What? They shouldn't have done ANY of that. I liked how the park used to be...with just a standard jungle gym type thing, a metal swing set,....but now there's PLASTIC? D8 Now hobo's live there? :/ So not cool...that park was so fun too...now it's just crowded with creepy dirty hobo's that litter ;_;
